Everyday of the series you will receive and email to your inbox. Each email will include a short video and a bite size assignment.
Each day I will explore that day's topic through video and will use instruction and story telling to help break it down in a more relatable way.
In addition, I will be live in the facebook community everyday for a short Q&A.
There is a specific facebook group just for this series where you can join other adoptive moms as they go through the series as well. It will be a great place to connect and receive encouragement.

Hi I'm Kelli. I am an adoptive mom too. After bringing our daughter home I found the adjustment of becoming an adoptive family emotionally draining and overwhelming. I desperately wished I had someone walking me through a step by step process of keeping my own physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health a priority so that I didn't end of in a downward spiral wondering where I lost myself. That is why I created this series. I want to be your guide to help you get clarity, to discover your blind spots and help you feel whole again so you can love your family as your BEST SELF.
